Huachuca City, AZ to San Antonio, TX according to Map Quest is just under 850 miles at 12 hours. I have the bike loaded up in the back of the truck and almost packed for the long boring drive down I-10. The Ipod has 30 gigs of music and audio books, the Valentine One is hooked up and the GPS is ready with way points set. Hopefully construction isn't too bad and a tailwind would be wonderful.
All that's left is to load up my bags and the laptop in the morning before the planned 5:00am roll out. Good thing is the humidity shouldn't be too bad down there this time of year.
