With all the chaos of moving, I never posted a picture of my system. I think things are clean enough now to show so here it is.

Cool setup. Are you going to use the wall for a screen permanently or do you have one that is not installed yet? I am playing with the idea of a drop screen so I can keep my LCD on the wall but I am also thinking of doing a DIY setup on my wall. What screens have you used and which do you like?

Very clean, very nice! Gotta love the Emotiva's...do the LED's bother you at all at that intensity? I turn mine all the way down and they still catch my eye a little.
A buddy of mine has those same MA's and he love's them, bet you do too.
Post some pics with the lights on, it's hard to see your gear ;).

Nice setup!

Very clean! What's the rest of the room look like (rears, protector, seating)?

I'm jealous!

I agree with mike c. The speakers would sound a whole lot better away from the wall.:)

I do have a screen which I haven't installed yet, but probably will. I don't remember what brand it is. Although, the image really doesn't look terrible on the wall itself. Doesn't look so hot in this picture because I had a lot of lights on and the flash of the camera went off. It was the only way to get a good shot of the stand.

I haven't played with the speakers really yet so I'll probably move them out a bit.

The Emotiva lights do not bother me. If they did, a strip of black electrical tape would take care of it. I think it looks cool with the lights.

I'll take a few more shots when I get a chance. Basically there's a lamp, couch, and samurai sword on the opposite wall. The projector is mounted upside down on a floating shelf. Looks much better than those mounts and cheaper too!

Very clean setup with great equipment selection. I like the low profile AV credenza and the ample space for the center channel.

I agree with the others though. I would move the mains further away from the wall. Getting the center channel closer to ear level would probably improve the sound, as well.

I think a lot of us started out with a white wall when we got our first front projector. But, once you acquire a quality screen, you will wonder how you could ever have been without one.

One vote for a Carada fixed screen!!!!!
