For anybody that hasn't seen it, I highly recommend Hitchcock's "Marnie."

Oh heck didn’t know till now. Such a great, stylish and elegant actor. Loved his cool accent. He seemed like like a real down to earth guy in interviews. RIHP

Had charisma for days that one. I first caught sight of him and, dare I say, was quite taken with him when I saw “Darby O’ Gill and the Little People.” Nobody else seemed to like it, but I enjoyed “The Medicine Man.”

RIP Sean Connery, the original 007 in film. All actors who later portrayed 007 tried to fill his shoes. In my opinion, none did.

For me, Craig has succeeded at least in redefining the role.
Considering I binge watched the entirety of the 007 catalogue in the first month of Covid shutdowns, no one has quite come close to matching the Connery Steez. ;)

First it was Dianna Rigg who died, and now Connery. Damn, I'm getting old. I was in high school when the first three 007 movies came out. They were huge hits. Things went downhill fast with Thunderball.

My favorite 007 film with Connery was From Russia With Love.

Rigg was the only woman in all the 007 films who managed to get Bond to the altar, in On Her Majesty's Secret Service. Of all the 007 books or films, I liked that story the best. Too bad the underwhelming George Lazenby was Bond. It demonstrated that the actors who played the girl & the bad guys were more important than who played 007.

If you haven't seen it yet "The Anderson Tapes" (1971) is a great burglary caper movie. Sean Connery, Dyan Cannon, with Martin Balsam, Alan King, Christopher Walken.

Zardoz lives!

My dad took me to see the first two bond films, think I was the youngest in the audience each time. Mr Connery did do the Bond role very well, defined it in so many ways.
RIP Mr Connery.

Truly an Icon. I also think he was by far the best of the Bonds, Shaken not stirred please. RIP Mr. Connery. You will be missed.

So sad that his last movie was so bad. I've missed him for a long time. Always loved watching anything he was in.
