Nope, now they’ve got to bring you your music and movies and just about everything else you can think of. I’ve done enough of these reviews that, by now, I kind of know what to expect from these devices. It should burn. It should rip. It should give you a choice of formats when ripping. It should give you configurable playlists. It should stream Internet Radio? Hold on, wait a minute, that’s not usually part of the package!

Better than Windows Media Center?

I will concede that i have never worked with Symphony, but at $899.00 Media Center seems like a better value. I purchased a refurbished Dell for around $500 about a year ago and added an Xbox 360 ($400.00) as an extender. I store all my music using wma lossless compression and use the toslink to connect to my amp. The sound quality is fantastic, plus i get TV, video, pictures, and easy expandability (I have 1TB of storage) with a beautiful UI that allows me to find exactly what I want to listen to very fast. Not to mention the games on the 360! I am curious to know what other members think of this.

Thanks for another review!
