Hello forum, just wondering if any of you know where i can read a review of the B&W ASW 675 sub that i have? I only have my B&W about 6 months and feel like i jumped the gun on this purchase, i am finding that it just don't play loud enough for my liking thus thinking about upgrading but would like to read some reviews of my sub so i have an idea where it stands compared to the big guns like SVS, HSU, & Axiom etc. Just as a note, i really like the sound for music, very tight and fast. Thanks.

I'm not very fond of B&W subs to begin with

I feel after hearing a few that there subs that they are an after thought, living off the coattails of some of their better speakers. And not all B&W speakers are good.

I looked at your main speakers and your playing with some very powerful speakers, ones that don't need a sub, at least not for music. You need a sub that digs deep. Therre have been a few posts in here about a Mirage Sub hitting 19Hz with authority. Check into that . Have you also considered subs from PSB? Like the Subsonic10? SVS, HSU all make decent subs as well.

I haven't read any reviews of the 675, but I have seen it compared by owners who upgraded to SVS subs from various B&W subs and in every single case, they were happier with the performance of the SVS sub (about 5 people).
