REQ: help with PSB set up

My room dimensions are 18 1/2' x 17' wide with a 7 1/2' ceiling. I'm considering getting an Epson 1080 UB combined with a PSB Image Series HT System, which includes:

2 x Image T55 Towers (black)
1 x Image C60 (black)
2 x Image S50 (black)
1 x SubSeries 6i Subwoofer (black)

I want to also add a set of either B15's or B25's to complete the 7.1

My questions:

1. Anyone using this set up with an Onkyo 805? How's it perform?
2. I use the S50 for sides, not rears, right? (and B25's as rears - and I'm going to wall mount sides and rears)
3. I want to offset my screen and seating so I can put a bar on the side of
the room. Will it ruin my 7.1 sound if my sides are not evenly spaced? (more distance between speaker and seating area on right then left)

Thanks in advance.... (please feel free to offer suggestions or changes to my set up)

1.) I have a cheap Technics surround sound receiver driving ImageT45s, previous generation of B15 and C40 and all sounds great. The Onkyo has a more robust amp than my Technics so I wouldn't worry there.
2.) Correct
3.) In terms of sound, the more balanced the speaker placement with respect to the room, the better the sound. What you propose will have an affect on the sound quality. How much affect is difficult to say. Could you not but the par in the back of the room?

I agree with 3dB, but I wouldn't worry much about the side placements, as you are using S50's, which are dipole and image very well. If the difference is not a lot I wouldn't worry much.
