I have a barely used, recently purchased (open box) mint condition 5040 ReplayTV-- I don't need it anymore, b/c I got the HD satellite DVR. I'll sell it for 75 bucks, plus shipping. I have two other replayTV's that I use on other tv's in the house-- I love them! this does not have the lifetime subscription, it'll require a monthly fee to use.
