Replacing my Marantz Blu-Ray

Ok,

I have finally had it with my Marantz Blu-Ray, its past warranty and during it's life I had to take in in 4 times for a defective Blu-ray drive that would cause loud hums when playing a movie. When I took it in, it would work great for like 3 months and break down again. It is a POS TURD (That's me venting lol) Maybe I got a bad unit, but it is enough to turn me off from buying another one from Marantz again.

As far as Oppo, I don't need the uber DAC from the 105D Darby as My Marantz AV8802A (yes another Marantz product!, (I am completely happy with this unit).

Should I just get the Oppo 103 or does Darby model give that much greater quality picture?

Thank you

Since 4K BD is on the horizon, I'd say just get the standard 103 unless PQ is what you're interested in.

Going to Pick up the 103D mainly because it was the only one they had in stock at Magnolia and 100 dollars is not that big a deal.
