yo! Hope Im in the right place. Currently own Marantz sr 7000 recevier which comes with a learning remote(rc7000). I tried to program it to operate my Samsung DLP, Panasonic DVD, & Motorola cable box with marginal success. I also understand with the macros feature it may well be capable,as an example, of doing all the detail programming to make one button operation possible in routing all the video & audio paths necessary for surround sound when watching a dvd. As well, it will also be able to accomodate accessing all the menu & set up features of the individual units. Has anybody out here actually programed theirs in this way along with other one button operation for other peripherals? I'd be curious to know if operationally speaking, weather its as efficient or as user friendly or not as some of the other after market universal remotes out there. By this I'm specifically referencing the Harmony 510 by logitech. Glad to hear from anybody who can help. Thx
