If you mean 'setup code' for a pre-programmed universal remote , then it depends on the particular remote. Setup codes are nothing more than a way to identify a table in memory with the details of how to control a device. They are not compatible from one remote to another.
All pre-programmed universal remotes have codes for RCA. The low end remotes may not have all the codes for surround sound or special features of the receiver, but will have codes that control the basics, like volume. A URC-8810w (Wal-Mart) or 8811 will likely have all the codes to control your equipment and are under $20.
You could also contact RCA about a replacement remote or search ebay or google for places to buy the original remote that was lost.
