Hi

Could anyone comment on how these subs compare? I am looking to get one and unable to decide between them. Also how do these two compare with the B&W ASW610?

Thanks
Paul

These are both sealed 10"s with moderate amplification. Here is a review of the ASW610. None of these subs will be powerhouses. They are probably more similar than different. The ASW610 has a more powerful amp, so if that is what you have now, I would just stick with it. Assuming you are in Europe or England, I would save up for something from XTZ, the larger BK subs, or SVS.

Hi

Thanks for the response. Yes, I am in Europe and so SVS, Velodyne, HSU etc are quite expensive. Also I am really looking for a sealed musical sub predominantly for music. So the sub need not be a powerhouse. I don't have the ASW610 either. Was just looking into the market here...

For the price of ASW610 you can pretty much get BK XXLS400 and that is what I would aim for if I was you. Or Monolith(+) if you have big room. Well build ported sub will be just as musical as closed.
