considering a new sub and have a budge up to $1500 or so. currently have a Hsu VTF-3 HO, but considering an upgrade/change. my wife would definitely prefer something more visually appealing (read smaller with nicer finish), so i'm considering non-ported, but open to anything at this point. have come across some Rels and considering them, but thought i'd get some input. looking maybe at the R series. would be used for music/HT (50/50) in our main family room, 19x22x9, open on one side to the kitchen.
