just rented for the first time from redbox. good thing we rented 2 movies, put the first one in and it wont even work, says the disc is dirty and tried cleaning and wont play, now we are going on to the second Beowulf which heard was not that good. how is the SQ on redbox discs?

Redbox discs are just as good as any other retail disc, they are the same as you would get if you bought it at the store, or rented it from blockbuster. I use Redbox from time to time, and haven't had any issues with any of the discs I received.
