Recs for Pioneer audio receiver?

Hi Folks,

I need to pick up an audio (no video necessary) receiver for my mom. The requirements are DLNA and Airplay support, WiFi-capable, support for multiple speaker systems around the house, and for it to be as user-friendly as possible. For example, it'd be nice if the input would automatically shift to recognize the connected iPad when she turns on pandora or radio streaming.

She already has one Pioneer A/V receiver in a different part of the house, so I thought it'd make sense to go with the same brand (so she doesn't have to learn how to use multiple iPhone/iPad apps, for example).

All the receivers I see online are A/V. Nothing seems to be just Audio anymore. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

There's no such thing as an "audio only" receiver; hasn't been for MANY years. Or rather, those that are mainly geared toward audio will lack most of the features you are looking for. The features you are looking for though are likely to be found in just about every brand right now with the exception of automatically switching when streaming. I doubt any of them will do that.

I actually never used my receiver's video section at all except for setting it up :)
