Does anybody know how I can record from my computer to a casette tape. I've got Audacity and Sound Forge and I Tunes and Sound Forge, if that can help?

You could use the analog outputs, either line level or a carefully padded down headphone/speaker output.

Set the Audacity output level so it doesn't goo too high and watch the VU meters on the cassette recorder- it should work fine. If your computer isn't new-ish, the sound card may be a limiting factor but listen to it, especially at the parts with the highest volume level, to make sure it stays clean.

You'll need a 1/8" stereo to RCA Y cord, which is available at most stores that sell audio gear. You don't need to spend big bucks but Best Buy sells Belkin and that's a decent cable.
