Hi guys,
Ever since I was 4 years old, I was fascinated with how vinyl worked. Now, 10 years later, I'm a hardcore vinyl, reel to reel, and and analog in general lover and user. Reel to reel is part of my everyday life, I record on it, master on it, etc. I clean my heads AT LEAST once a week, etc. Now, I'm getting so hardcore in vinyl and analog, I don't want to just listen to vinyl, I want to MAKE it. Of course vinyl is made by a record lathe, a special device which cuts the grooves into a blank acetate disc, which is used for replication, blah blah blah, we all know what it is. I'm just intrigued with getting one, it doesn't have to be stereo, actually I'd prefer mono. I want it to cut 33s, 45s, and 78s, make run in and run out grooves, etc. I was wondering where I could get one of these things. I'm just curious.
Thanks,
Ryan
