Recommendations of Portable AMP for AKG N40 under $100

Hello all! I would like to know the best portable AMPs that i could carry without needing to plug it in the USB port and without needing a USB that i could use with AKG N40? How would a Fiio E17K pair with the AKG N40? I mostly would like to use the Portable AMP for mobile phones.

I don't know how good the AKGN40 sounds but based on its price point I would think if you want to play everything up to 384bps PCM and DSD256 you can go with something like the following DACs instead of just a portable amp. The Fiio E17K is you are asking about is not just an amp, it has a build in DAC as well. If you want an amp only, then take a look of their A5.
