Recommendations for a basement H/T setup

Looking for recommendations on a TV, receiver, and sub. Budget is $2000 -$2500 ... help me spend my money!

Bought a home recently and the basement came with AIM LCR 3s [1] mounted in the wall for the left, center, and right channels. There are also some existing in ceiling speakers for the surrounds, so I am not looking to replace any of those right now. I am however looking to round out the setup with a TV, receiver, and sub. The TV needs to look decent (4k, etc), but my passion is more about audio than video. I can do either a 55" or 58" on the TV.

Upstairs I have an SVS Prime system with a PB-2000, and a Marantz SR 5011, and am all around happy with the setup. I know and trust both Marantz and SVS, but am open to other options. I have looked into HSU research. Is the $1000 pricepoint (after shipping) for the VTF-15H MK2 really worth it? Or should I stick with SVS? Is Marantz still a quality product and is accessories4less.com a legit place to get equipment (i.e, are they going to sell me something that is going to break in a month)? Are there other brands I should consider?

All opinions are welcome. The basement is open but the area where this would be located is about 16' x 15' x ~8' high ceilings.

Now is great time to purchase a new 4k tv. You can get all the 2019 models on super sale. Sony, Samsung, Vizio or LG all have great deals going on. Your in-walls are ok for the time being. They aren't high end by any means. I would look to upgrade those in the near future. Look to spend around $3-$4k on in-walls. For LCR that is.

Marantz is very good company. You can't go wrong with any of their products. SVS is very solid too. I have the PB16 Ultra and have zero issues with it. I know a lot of people on here are die hard HSU fans. I myself have never owned their subs, but have read a lot of great reviews on them. I don't think you can go wrong with either SVS, HSU or other similar subs.

Accessories4less is a good place to get deals on audio equipment. Marantz is fine but doesn't really have any advantage over other AVR makers aside from it slimmer profile. As for the Hsu, yeah it is a killer sub and probably the most sub you can get at its price point. SVS's competing sub against it is the PB-3000, but that is a bit more expensive. It's also a bit smaller and has some sophisticated features like app control, but the Hsu sub digs deeper in frequency.

First, nobody can do a home theater with a TV, they don't make them large enough.

Second, that's just my opinion, so feel free to ignore it.

But, in a basement, if you have reasonable light control, maybe consider a projector and a 100" plus screen size if you can work it in. It may blow you away completely.

Otherwise, look for a OLED TV from Sony or LG. It will be, by far, the best looking display you can get. One caveat: Unless you play nothing but video games and leave a static image on screen for hours and hours and hours at a time.
