Hi All,
First time posting and although I am new to this forum, I have been reading this forum almost day and night for past couple of days. I searched and re-searched and this is what I am planning to buy. Please provide your inputs and the competitive units which I should compare against before pulling the trigger.

Here is my future setup
Receiver: Onkyo NR-708
Sub-Woofer: one of the following
1. Klipsch RX10D
2. PolkAudio DSW PRO 500
3. Martin Logan Dynamo 500 or Dynamo 700
Speakers
Front/Rear Speaker: Martin Login Motion 4
Center Channel: Martin Logan Motion 8
As I want Bookshelf speaker.

This Setup is running upto
Onkyo 708: ~$600
Dynamo 500: ~$500 (other option is Klipsch RX10D for $400)
Speakers: 4 X 250 = $1000 (May just buy 2 for now as front speakers)
Center Ch: ~$400
--------------------
Total : $2500

Initially I wanted to stay under $2000 but the ML speakers are amazing specially with MID AND LOW. Any suggestions or recommendations of other systems that I should check or should consider replacing above equipments.

Thanks in advance.

Martin Logan is coming out with new bookshelf speakers based on the Motion lines tweeter. I imagine that they will be much better than the current motion offerings. Try and listen to as many different brands to get a feel for what you like. Just because you like the ML's doesn't mean there won't be something you like better.

You'll probably get more boom for your buck with an internet direct company that focuses on subwoofers. I'll let someone else chime in on that though as I've been out of the subwoofer market for a while.

It would also help to know the volume size of your space for proper sub sizing.

I'm not familiar with ML subs, but I'd surely stay away from subs a) and b)
Most Internet direct subs are both better quality and value

Thanks dkane... the new one's will definitely be better but they will be costly... seems like almost $700 a piece.... My budget is ~$2000 which is already getting crossed by $500.... I did try BW CM5, Definitive Tech Pro series (I think) and energy which was in same price range and were the competitor for ML... there was no comparison.. ML won... The sub I tried as REL as ML SUB was not on display to test... So I still have to listen to sub before I buy anything.... But I am getting inclined to klipsch RX10D or polk audio PRO 5000... any ideas on that?

$500 budget for sub? I assume your usage will musical. Sealed sub typically more precise...
