I have recently designed and built my own home theater speakers targeted towards both HT and DVD audio alike. My problem lies in purchasing a receiver that would be the best mate in my price range. I'm to the point where I can't bring myself to read another financially backed, sugar coated factory review. I've been told that 192khz for all channels is important especially for audio, is this a must or is it impossible at this price range. I was hoping the masses could help. Any input would be appreciated.

One of the reasons I hang out at AH is because you find the most objective reviews here and none are sugar coated to my knowledge. Use the reviews here as a starting point and then narrow your choice down to your priorities.
