I did with the Droid X. Well, 3G on that one. Swype is great, but posting on that phone still kinda sucked because, well, phones don't have huge screens. I've brought the Galaxy S3 a couple of times, but I'm still treating it with kid gloves a bit. I don't have a case for it, and Niki sometimes likes to drag me through thick trees/bushes.
