REALISTIC NOVA 7 SPEAKERS - FIRST LOOK INSIDE!

I have a pair of Nova 7's and i want to update them, there are some pics included, I did hooked them up and they sound great!!!!

ANY THOUGHTS???? WORTH RESTORING?

This design is oldschool and not in a good way. Modern speakers have addressed many of the problems that are evident from just looking at this speaker. If you enjoy the sound, that is what matters most, but these could never be made to produce a actual high-fidelity sound. I do like the basket for the woofer though, it is pretty.

Speakers from that area may not be the “cat’s meow” compared to today’s speakers, but they sure look great!

For a regular loudspeaker, it is not complex, but for a Radio Shack loudspeaker, its unusual to see more than just a first order crossover.
