...unfortunately the original thread is locked, and while I don't mean to re-open that can of worms, something that was posted by one of the more ardently vocal of the participants reminded me of a question I always ask:

Why do you need to burn-in/break-in anything that was previously cryogenically treated? Why bother cookin' what's just been frozen? Unless, of course, it's a tee-vee dinner...
