Rcvr upgrade or external HDMI sitcher from monoprice

Gotta Denon 2805, pretty happy with it except to the HDMI (or lack of issue). Considering to the 2807, or just purchasing the Monoprice $28 external 2 -1 HDMI switcher, as my set-top box and Universal DVD are now both HDMI out (and tv only has one HDMI in).

Anyone got a strong opinion as to which makes more sense, the Denon 2807 or the Monoprice solution?

Anyone bought the new receiver and wish they had waited longer?

You know I want a new rcvr..

but I am glad to hear I'll be in the company of a Major Loser if I go with the Monoprice switcher. Now, I only need 6 more A500s!
