RBH SI760 timbre match MC-6DB?

I'm shopping for in-walls at the moment, and I really like the SI760s, however I need a bi-polar design for my side channels. Would the RBH MC-6DB be a good match for the SI760? I don't see any bi-poles in the Signature line-up, and I would think that keeping things in-brand despite the difference in model lines.

Any thoughts about that, and any suggestions to something else that might work as well?

Thanks!

You may also consider Def Tech Reference, Niles, Polk LSi, SpeakerCraft, Sonance to name a few.

Call RBH and see what they say, but AVRat is got your back though, you will find it less necessary to go with matching surrounds if you are using older RBH's, more then likely the newer lineups will not match either...

What is wrong with the RBH 66-SEs. They should be a perfect match for surrounds. The MC-6DB would work if you were using MC-616C instead of the 760s.

Nothing wrong with the 66-SE,...in fact I really enjoy mine. Problem is mperfct is looking for in-walls, the 66-SE is not. Personally I think you'd be fine with the MC-6DB. If you are really worried about timbre match or just want everything from the same line, have a look at the MC-533 rather than the SI760
