Hey guys a total newbie here and I've looked at all the old threads and tried to absorb as much about cable and interconnects...as my feeble mind will let me but still I'm confused. First off I'm planning on getting the OrbAudio 5.1 HT system and hooking it up to the Pioneer vsx-82txs av receiver. Now comes the fun part, there is s-video, composite and component cables out there to hook up all my componets but which one is best, which one do I use??? Again I've looked at all the old threads on this forum and there is a ton of different opinions. Also where to buy the stuff is another big ??? Enough people have suggested Blue Jeans cable as far as great prices and superior quality in their cables but then you also get another bunch of people that say a cable is a cable no matter where you get it. I've checked Wally world, Radio Shack.... and even their prices are cheaper than Blue Jeans stuff????? Sorry for the rambling on, appreciate any help, guidence you can give me (be gentle!!)
