Question about speaker placement with large HT room

I am building a HT room that will be 35 X 15. Where do I mount the surround speakers considering I will have two rows of seating. Directly in between the two seating areas or just keep it centered with the front row of seats.

Not sure I'm the right guy to ask, but are they dipole or bipole surrounds? My surrounds are just regular bookshelves and are slightly behind me, and work quite well.

Placement of wall sconces on a 35 X15 ft HT Room....

The ceiling will be 10ft high.

Question: How many sconces for the length of the room would be enough? Framing in is complete and I need to have the amt. and settings soon.

How high should they go with 10 ft ceilings?
How many from back to front? I assume 2 will be enough for the front and back walls, but I need to have a "guess" for the long walls.
