Question about Radiient Select 4ce HDMI switcher

Hey all, I just have a quick question. I just bought a 3D TV and am trying to play a 3D movie (Avatar) through my PS3. The PS3 has been upgraded to play 3D movies. When I try to play it in 3D it says my TV does not support 3D. Which of course it does.
I'm wondering if it may be that the HDMI switcher that I have running between the PS3 and the TV may not support 3D?

It could very well be the switch. It would need to support HDMI 1.4 for 3D.

An easy test would be to connect the PS3 directly to the TV. If it works, the switch needs to be upgraded.

Thanks MDS. It should also say 1.4 somewhere on the HDMI cable itself if the cables are capable of supporting that correct?
