Question about DAC and HD-XA1

Guys I have a question for you....

It might be dumb though:

My setup consists of:
Toshiba HD-XA1
Elite 1130HD Plasma.

Im ready to buy the Parasound P3/A23 combo.

BUT a question arose in my mind.

As of now, I'm using the internal DAC of the HD-XA1 since it is connected via analog to my SP3 tube amp.
Now..... would it be better to connect the HD-XA1 via Toslink to a DAC (good one) and from the DAC to the Parasounds??

Would it be worthy, or I'm not going to hear any difference in sound both in 2ch listening and movies?

(trasnport is the HD-XA1 for CDs as well!)

Don't know your Para. Does it have a DAC? You could let it do the conversion?
If not, just let your player do it. Not to worry and no need for an external dac.
This isn't cutting edge rocket science
