Take your favorite pub food, and bring it up, or mash it up with something else- or just make it gourmet.

Mine are buffalo wings, make it a sandwich. Yeah, I thought I was a genius when I came up with it, and then I saw Hardee's has the Spicy Buffalo Chicken sandwich, so I tried it It's got the Frank's hot sauce like the OG buffalo wings have, and it's huge and messy. Very nice.

I just wish it had bleu cheese dressing instead of ranch. That would make it perfect.

I also was watching Food Network with my friend the other day, and Rachel Ray was making Buffalo Wings style pizza, which also looked pretty awesome.

Even better, Sweet Potato fries. Seriously, cut up sweet potato like fries and deep fry 'em. Oh the goodness, esp. w/ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Anybody who thinks Buffalo wings are supposed to be messy has never had them at the Anchor Bar (inventor of the Buffalo wing). They are large, plump, and don't leave nasty orange goo on your fingers.

My vote is for french-fried potatos, covered in bacon pieces & cheddar cheese, then dipped in ranch dressing.

Spring rolls (or Egg rolls) should be more popular than they currently are.

You don't need to just go the the Anchor Bar just don't get them at a pizza place or something of the likes. Anywhere that makes a good buffalo wing uses more then just bone with scarce bits of meat even though it makes less money.

Depends on my mood but normally my favorite order is either some sort of fried potato or buffalo wings occasionally fried onion hits the spot though.

Well done fish and chips, a ton of Guinness. Some Stilton cheese with raw onion rings on a water cracker, puts hair on your chest.
