PSW505 or BIC F12

My setup is:

Monitor 40 for front left/right
CS10 for center
Monitor 30 for rear left/right
Onkyo HT-RC260 AV Receiver

The only thing I need now is a good subwoofer. Which of these two subwoofers will suit my setup the best?

The BIC F12 is always touted as the best subwoofer for under $200.
Polk subwoofers are often bashed on these forums. I have never heard one, but from the way others talk about them, I'd never buy one.
Get the BIC F12. I have it in my basement and it does good for home theater, but it's what I'd expect out of a $200 subwoofer.
