I found a pair of these speakers for $800. Are they still worth this much? Currently, I have Klipsch RF5 towers driven by NAD T775HD receiver. Will these be a good upgrade from this? Is there a matching cener channel for the Stratus Gold i? Will my T775HD be able to drive them?
I love classical music, acoustic stuff like Pink Martini, classic rock like Pink Floyd, movies, and TV shows. I have a 7.1 system right now mainly Klipsch. For music, I am getting tired of my Klipsch. Just feeling like getting something else.
I haven't auditioned them yet but what should I look for when I go to audition?
Or should I skip these old speakers and go for something brand new in the $1000 range.
