The latest Home Theater Magazine reviews the PSB Imagine Minis and they got a really good review. I tried searching the site for the freq response curves but came up empty handed. They have a very flat frequency response, probabbly the best (If memory serves me) out of all of their speakers.

I looked at this today - good review. As expected, the mini measured
real good - decent bass for the size. The PSB 55 hz specs, were a little
optimistic. I would like to hear it, compared to the Boston VS 240.

We need a thread about accurate vs inaccurate speakers in terms of FR.:D

PSB, Paradigm, Energy, Aperion, EMP, RBH, Infinity, JBL, Revel, KEF, Thiel, Ascend, Salk, Philharmonic, Linkwitz, NHT are USUALLY going to have flat & accurate FR?

Polk, Klipsch, DefTech, B&W, Vienna Acoustics, Wilson Audio, Martin Logan, Mirage, Zu Audio are USUALLY not going to have a flat FR?

That's a good list. But Mirage should not technically be in the latter category IMO. Omnipolar speakers do not follow the same rules in ideally achieving a flat frequency response anechoically. If it did it would be a HORRIBLY BRIGHT speaker to listen to!

I would also add M&K to the accurate list as well as Dynaudio.

Dynaudio is definitely accurate.

YG Audio, Monitor Audio, JMLab, Focus Audio are also accurate speakers.

I suppose we can't easily categorize Omnipolar speakers?

"The MK LCR950’s listening-window response (a five-point average of axial and +/–15-degree horizontal and vertical responses) measures +5.01/–3.06 decibels from 200 hertz to 10 kilohertz. An average of axial and +/–15-degree horizontal responses measures +5.08/–3.25 dB from 200 Hz to 10 kHz."

That doesn't look very accurate to me.
