PS3 + SACD + Denon 4308

Hello all, I have some questions about stuff before I think about forking over the dough for this stuff...

Does PS3 output DSD over HDMI?
If it did would the Denon 4308 be able to decode it?

If PS3 converts DSD to PCM over HDMI, does that degrade sound quality?

Yes to the first 2 and no to the 3rd. 3rd is open to debate, but I doubt the typical person would really be able to tell the difference.
