Hey,

I'm having an annoying PS3 issue. When ever I set my PS3 to play BD/DVDs in YCbCr format the blacks are all a light grey.

I have a Sony Bravia, its only around 2 years old. My ps3 is connected via HDMI directly to the TV. I've tried changing the super white option and it makes no difference.

So i've had to stick with RGB(still not sure on weather to do full or limited) for my BDs and DVDs.

Is there any adverse affects to doing this? Or does anyone have any ideas on getting YCbCr working fine?

Thanks

YCbCr is a 3-cable analog video format, also known as "component video". It's irrelevant for HDMI, which is digital. Use the RGB setting.
