PS Audio Powerplay 8000 won't turn off?

I own the PS Audio Powerplay 8000. I have one issue with it, when I press the main power button, it does not turn off. Anyone have any ideas why this is happening? Few times,I would press the power button,and it would turn off. Most of the time though, it will not turn off.

Hi. According the manual, the Master Power setting (toggled when you press the blue PS Audio logo on the front panel) only affects outlets that are set to Switched, Delay, and/or Programmed. All other outlets will remain on.

I don't know if that's your issue, but it might be.

During the day,I keep the 8000 on,just want to turn everything off at night when its not being used. I'll check into this.
