Picked this thing up at a thrift store . I know it is vintage 1986 or so.
I'm just not certain exactly what it was designed for. (yes I know I'm a little
stupid on this) It's built so well I keep thinking there must be some practical use for it. I suppose I could just put it in my AV center and just plug it in unconnected just for the effect! The back panel has R-L audio in puts and out puts with "level adjustments". On the far left there are "F" connectors marked, Aux, To convertor, and ANT. Front panel has "view" and "record"
buttons and "channel" "Volume" Buttons. Can anyone shed some light on this for me? Sorry to be so obtuse. I'm not very familiar with video components.
Spent most of my time playing with amps & speakers. Thanks in advance to anyone who can respond. I am a newbie to your website and appreciate
the privilege of being able to participate. Hope I can help someone sometime.
P.S. It has a tray that slides out like a cd player tray. It has buttons for bass, treble, balance,TV,AFT,Stereo,MFT,CATV,SAP,ANT,AUX, and buttons marked 0-9?
