Stopped by my favorite high-end store today, DMC Electronics in beautiful (but hot and steamy) Garden Grove, Calif. Picked up a NAD C542 at a great price. I love the guy and his place, and when I win the Lotto, this is where I will spend a hundred grand or so.

I must agree with steve on his experience with DMC. I live in so. Calif and visited a few high/higher end stores in the area and found DMC on top of my list. Dave at DMC answered my endless list of questions on multiple visits and even more phone calls. I felt Dave was extremely knowledgeable and I felt no obligation to buy anything but was so impressed with the service, I purchased a NAD 762 receiver, a pair PSB Stratus Silveri, PSB Stratus Silveri center channel, 2 PSB Image 10S bookshelfs and a Stratus Subsonic 7 sub. I was set on PSB and NAD and found he had the best prices. I sure anyone who reads this will think I have some kind of vested interest in DMC but I dont, I'm just a stickler for good service and thats where I spend my money.
