Proper wire for six 15 foot line-level runs?

I am about to setup some analog connections from my PC sound card to my Onkyo receiver, and it is going to be roughly a 15 foot run, with a potential for interference since it has to run near a few power strips and a bunch of other cables. A 3.5mm > RCA connector will be necessary (I am going to use a 6" one,) but I am not sure what kind of RCA cables I should use from those to the receiver.

I would otherwise use RG6 with RCA crimp on ends, but it has to go around a few tight corners, and a total of 6 cables will be necessary, so I am not sure if that would be ideal as it would make a mess. That said, what is the minimum wire gauge I should look for in doing this setup? Or should I just bite the bullet and make some RCA cables from my RG6 spool?

I see no reason to not use your RG6 and crimp ends. Should be just fine.

They're just so thick and they don't flex very well, thats all. If it was one, that would be fine, but six...Just trying to avoid it if I can.

I would otherwise use a single optical cable with dolby digital live, which is far more elegant, but driver support for that is just plain horrible to the point that I have finally thrown my hands in the air and resorted to this.

Just buy 6 video interconnects then. They are flexible enough, or should be. Or, check the flexibility of RG 59 type cable.
