What office are you putting this into?
If not an office, then why not describe your room and your goal?
These are business rated models and will have the accompanying weak contrast. A lot of brightness, but likely a real world sub-1,000:1 contrast ratio. I would go Sony or JVC if at all possible, and put them into a really good room.
