Problems with sound on Bourne Ultimatum HD DVD

I finally watched Bourne Ultimatum on my A3 tonight but I am having some sound issues. Well into the movie when they are in Tangier all of a sudden the sound gets all distorted and sounds like my speakers were blown. To fix it I have to rewind a little bit and it gets fixed but it happened 3 times while watching the entire movie. Would this be a bad disc or a problem with my A3? Should I get it exchanged from BB?

That is strange. I don't see how the disc could be at fault as the binary info track is solid and fixed in there.

Have you experienced this symptom with other discs?

Nope this is my first problem with an HD DVD disc. I have The Departed, first 2 Bournes, Batman Begins, and 300 as well and I haven't had any issues.

Edit: Apparently people are having all sorts of issues over at avsforum. A lot of discs are defective it seems.

That is good to know that it is the disc. But, how to get it replaced?
