Two days ago I bought a Harman Kardon SB 26 soundbar for my small apartment (
Harman Kardon SB 26 Powered home theater sound bar with wireless subwoofer and Bluetooth® at Crutchfield.com ) and I am now experiencing some problems related to the volume. I am not very experienced how sound system works, so I turn to you for some help.
My major problem is that from "mute" to level one (scale of 0-30) with the remote control AND the volume buttons on the soundbar there is a small difference in volume, BUT when I go from from level one to level two there is an INCREDIBLE difference in volume! This will cause problem when I want to watch TV at low volume when my girlfriend is sleeping, because there is nothing "in between". Should the soundbar not be able to "sneak" up the volume? I can barely hear anything at volume level 1, but it's basically normal sound level just a notch higher.
I am thinking of returning it back.
Thanks in advance, any help is appreciated!
