I'm at the "a little knowledge is dangerous" stage. I have direct tv and PS3 connected to a recently purchased Sony STR-DN1040 receiver, which is connected to an Epson 5030ub projector. For some reason the ps3 won't output 1080p. Previous to the sony receiver I had a Samsung HW-D7000 receiver and the PS3 1080p worked fine. The Directtv 1080p currently works fine, so I'm at a loss trying to figure out where the issue is coming from. I've tried to reset factory settings and start from scratch, but so far no luck. Any thoughts and/or have people run into this? Thanks.
