Problem with Klipsch RSW10-d

I just received my Klipsch RSW-10d sub that I ordered from a non-authorized on-line dealer. It's a digitally controlled sub and after about 10 minutes of use, the display screen showed unreadable numbers/letters and then went blank. It was still lite-up but didn't show your functions. I cycled power a few time with no help.

I called the place I ordered it from. They said no problem, we'll send you another one. Well, after I got off the phone, it started working again.

My question is should I still trade this one in for a different one, or just keep this one? It doesn't have a factory warranty

Trade it in just to be safe. You could always wait a few days to ship the old one back to make sure the new one is working properly.

I wonder if the display went through a initialization or something. Before it quit working, I didn't have as many settings as I do after is started working again. I know the "Phase" settings where not there before and maybe a some other settings.

I agree with GlocksRock. At least get a new one to check out. You could also contact another Klipsch dealer and ask them if that's normal. I would guess that it isn't.
