Pricing of electronics US/NZ

Im interested in the price i pay for H/T gear here in NZ versus you guys in different parts of the states and worldwide. example at the moment a 42" full HD (1920 x 1080p) panasonic viera plasma (TH-42PZ850AZ) is $3499 NZ ($2488 US), or a samsung 40" full HD LCD (LA40A850A) is $2399 NZ ($1705 US). hows that compare????? just out of curiosity!!!

It's kind of hard to say, as it looks like those model numbers are exclusive for you Kiwis. I think what you'll need to do is lookup the specs for those model #'s, and then look for US model #'s with the same specs.
