Does anyone know of a lastest model 7.1 reciever that has pre in and pre outs for running an external eq.Don't ask me why but it has to do with a certian brand of speakers I own that uses an external eq.That enough info,I don't what to get bashed for owning these speakers.HA HA HA!Thank you

It sounds like you mean what used to be called a tape loop.
Those are very rare on HT receivers.
If you plan to complete your B&W set-up, as you say in your sig, then concentrate on that and don't try to find a receiver that accommodates those unmentionable speakers.

I have already completed that system on the 2700.This is a system for another room.I have own these speakers for awhile and would like to use them.Hate to say it they have a fairly good sound to them.

You mean it won't work without an EQ?
It should.

an alternative is to add external amps, like the BehringerA500 that is not expensive.

The only one I can think of would be the Marantz SR9600. It would be cheaper to buy a less expensive receiver with pre-outs and add a 2-channel amp for your BOSE 901s.
