Gonna make it fast Denon has not responded in three days so maybe you guys know.

What is the max power for the X4700H all channels driven ( per chan.).

Second question say I am using a 4.1.4 system max RMS for atmos/ auro speakers are rated at 85 watts will it over drive them or give the power to the other speakers. Side part to that notice its impossible for me to have a center channel so using the suggested TIT time intensity trading I use LR and a "phantom" center and I actually love the sound of it and the entire couch gets the center image. Will the lack of a center distribute power to the other speakers or is that independent.

Thanks guys.

No idea what power it can do all channels driven but the power supply is shared by all channels so it is limited. Not connecting a center channel will leave a little more for the rest.

Its not too much amp power that can damage the speaker its being too heavy handed with the volume control.

Great that is a lot of what I wanted to know back when I was around 13 playing DVD's on my PS2 shopping for an AVR was a lot easier than it is now. Moved into a house got a pioneer VSX 304 because that is what I used to know as high end and I didn't even have an Elite line like this is and man its dog S*** lol

I just wanted to address this question, the receiver will have no idea what your speakers are rated for and will send them as much power as you are asking it to send.

Having said that, it's very unlikely that you're going to be sending 85 watts rms to any of your speakers.
