I am currently retooling my HT set up after a move and it seems like a lot of my semi-aging equipment didn't survive. I am running B&W N804s for the mains, an HTM2 for the center, and currently have to two def tech towers for the surrounds at least temporarily because my B&W surrounds didn't make it. I just replaced my B&W sub with a Submersive HP (awesome sub by the way) and now my Rotel Amp that was running the mains bit the dust. I now have all 5 channels running through a Denon 4311's onboard amps. I must confess, the Denon is performing admirably, but I have this nagging feeling in the back of my head that the B&W's need more power.
Any suggestions? The Emotiva amps seem like an attractive option. Or should I just keep running them off the Denon and see how it goes?
