Posting Issues - Word Wrap

For the past few months, whenever I try to post things, the enter key does not work. Everything is word wrapped. Is there a specific setting somewhere that will allow be to add lines via the enter key? I have tried both IE 9, and 10, plus Chrome. Thanks.

Hi. Check out this thread on that issue (I just happen to remember folks talking about this before). Seems like Compatibility Mode in IE works.
