So I just bought a second Klipsch SUB-12 and hooked it up, placed it where I thought it would work best and they cancel each other out like crazy. I know the best solution is going to be test them in different positions but does anybody have any opinion on what seems to work or how to best figure out where to put both of these. Any help would be great. Thanks.

A part of placement you can padjust the phase of each other.

I don't have the greatest knowledge of home audio so I don't know exactly what that means? I'm guessing its adjusting the phase but to what exactly I do not know. Thanks a lot.

Right under the L and R speaker is always a favorite of mine. If you can get the subs running stereo, and close enough, the'll act like LF extensiosn on the L/R speakers.

The Klipsch SUB-12 has a "Switchable 0-180 degrees" Phase control according the Klipsch website. If they're both on the same setting, switch one to be different (one is 0, the other 180); if they're different switch them so they're the same. This should have an effect on cancellation.
